La nostra società, costituita nel 2001 di fatto è la trasformazione della ditta F.LLI ALZATI costituita nel 1974

Our society made up in 2001, is de facto, the transformation of firm F.LLI ALZATI, established in 1974

In questi anni abbiamo maturato notevole esperienza nella produzione di stampi per materie plastiche, sia inerenti agli articoli prettamente tecnici come particolare per l'industria elettronica, componenti elettrici, sia per quanto concerne particolari estetici:

Cosmesi, elettrodomestici e recentemente abbiamo realizzato stampi per BNC a canale freddo, stampi in materiale bi-componente e stampi "multistrato".

La nostra missione è quella di realizzare stampi sempre piu' performanti, sia usando nuovi acciai, sia usando trattamenti termici diversificati e cercando di studiare sempre soluzione tecniche semplici ma efficaci e durature.

In these last years we have acquired a great experience in the production of molds for plastic materials, regarding both the technical items like particulars for elettric indusrtry and eletric components; and esthetical detail like cosmetics or household appliances.

Recently we have made moulds with cold runner for BNC, mould composed by

bi-component materials and "multistrata" moulds.

For the future, we want to create always more performing moulds, both by using new steals using different teatments and by studying always new solutions, pratical and long lasting.
